Operated the first young Think Tank institute in Vietnam as co-founder and deputy director, participated in policy advocacy process with other sectors (like MOJ, USAID, UNDP, UN Women) to successfully promote the enforcement of Law on Accessing to information 2016, The Civil Code Law 2015, Land Law 2013, etc. By communication campaigns and research projects for policy monitoring, my participation and devotions in consultation workshops and international forum partly contributed into NGO and CSO development in Vietnam

Led YVS Vietnam, the pioneer organization for youth in debate, public-speaking, critical thinking from 2014-2018 which cooperated with UN Women, UNDP to host public events like debate contests, MUN, mock-trial, etc. By being trainer, coach and judge for universities’ programs and competitions, I expectedly bring motivations for thousands of young leaders who now can confidently deliver their speech and opinions to voice out meaningful social issues. 

Operated communication and branding progress of E-connect Vietnam education and training as deputy general director which successfully hosted 3 seasons of Summer camp and critical thinking & soft skills courses for students

Coordinated Communication and Public Awareness department of Education for nature Vietnam to run recent impressive campaigns protecting wildlife such as #wildlife-warrior, writing letter for bear owners competition (collected nearly 100.000 hand-writing letters from students in all over Vietnam) and to produce short PSA film raising public awareness for wildlife protection, which can be found out on ENV Vietnam youtube channel.

Managed PR and Branding activities for more than 130 english centers of Apax Leaders system as nationwide Brand manager. By handling internal and external communication and solving PR crisis to deliver the best message for public audiences in every single campaign, my leadership and work-under-pressure spirit were more and more improved.
In addition, my involvement as Vice President of Vietnamese Student Union at DAV in the past, going along with supportive skills like graphic design, presentation, content-creating, my positive attitude and strong work ethic, will work to your advantage in meeting the needs of multi-tasking missions.
